Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must be at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. The age of majority is 18 in most states; however, it is 19 in Alabama and 21 in Mississippi. Mail-in entries are worth the same as the highest value product entry. Vehicle handoff will occur in Delray Beach, FL. If shipping is requested, winner must cover those costs and sign off on delivery. 8. VEHICLE DELIVERY & TRANSFER Vehicle will be released in person at Rad Times Campers HQ. Winner must inspect the vehicle and sign release paperwork. If shipped, winner must inspect prior to delivery and arrange all transport details. 9. WARRANTY & CONDITION Vehicle is awarded as-is, with no express or implied warranties. Winner assumes full responsibility for future maintenance or repairs. 10. EMISSIONS & REGISTRATION Winner is responsible for ensuring the vehicle meets their local registration or emissions standards. 11. TAXES & IRS REPORTING Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize value ($10,000). All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. A W-9 form must be completed prior to prize release. 12.
