OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES – RAD TIMES CAMPERS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. ELIGIBILITY ​ Open to legal residents of all 50 United States and Canada. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license, and reside within the U.S. or Canada at the time of participation. Not valid in U.S. territories. This giveaway is not open to: ​ Previous winners of a Rad Times Campers giveaway Members of previous winners’ households Employees, owners, or immediate family members of Rad Times Campers or those living in their household Entries must be submitted using your own legal name. Entries submitted in someone else’s name or using a false identity will be disqualified. By participating in this promotion, contestants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations. 2. GRAND PRIZE (SOLSTICE) ​ One (1) winner will receive a 1998 Ford Econoline Club Wagon Chateau, outfitted with a hand-crafted high-top camper conversion built by Rad Times Campers. 3. PROMOTION PERIOD ​ Promotion begins on (TBD) and ends on (TBD) or when entry capacity is reached. 4. HOW TO ENTER ​ You may enter the giveaway using any combination of the methods below: ​ a. Merchandise Purchase Purchase any eligible merchandise on www.radtimescampers.com. ​ One (1) entry per T-shirt purchased Shipping fees and taxes do not count toward entries (entries are included in the item price) Entries are assigned to the email address used at checkout (case-sensitive) b. Mail-In Free Entry (Equal to 1 Entry) ​ To enter without a purchase, complete the official giveaway entry form by hand. Form must be printed on 8.5” x 11” white stock paper All fields must be handwritten in black or blue ink — no typed entries, no photocopies Each envelope must contain only one (1) form and include a return address Forms must be mailed with sufficient postage to: Rad Times Campers Giveaway **** Frances Drive Delray Beach, FL 33445 ​ Important: ​ Entries with incorrect addresses may be returned to sender Rad Times Campers is not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered entries Limit one (1) free entry per household per day All forms must be received by (TBD) to qualify ​ 5. CANADIAN PARTICIPATION Residents of Canada are eligible to enter but are responsible for: ​ Paying all shipping costs for any goods purchased Covering the transport of the vehicle if selected as the winner Import taxes, duties, and vehicle compliance modifications Understanding and managing all Canadian importation requirements Rad Times Campers will not be responsible for importation, compliance, or delivery fees associated with Canadian entries. 6. SELECTION OF WINNER ​ The winner will be selected on (TBD) using a third-party random drawing service (Random.org) to ensure impartiality. A live drawing event will be held via the Rad Times Campers Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts at 3:00 PM PST. ​ The livestream will begin 30 minutes before the drawing for participant questions and engagement The winner will be announced live and notified directly Notification will be made in this order: ​ Phone call using the number submitted Email to the email address submitted Physical letter to the provided mailing address If the selected winner does not respond by (TBD), a new winner will be randomly selected and contacted using the same steps. Once the winner has confirmed receipt and acknowledged the prize, the giveaway will officially close. 7. VEHICLE DELIVERY & TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP ​ If the winner chooses to pick up the vehicle in person, Rad Times Campers will cover the cost of one (1) domestic plane ticket to Delray Beach, FL. ​ If the winner prefers to have the vehicle shipped, they are still required to travel in person to inspect the vehicle and receive operational instructions. The vehicle will not be released until the winner appears in person and signs required paperwork. All shipping costs will be paid for by the present sweepstakes winner. ​ The title and all ownership documents will be transferred at that time. 8. WARRANTY & VEHICLE CONDITION ​ This vehicle is awarded as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Rad Times Campers makes no guarantees on the longevity, reliability, or performance of the vehicle. The winner assumes all responsibility for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades from the moment of handoff. 9. EMISSIONS & REGISTRATION ​ Because of its age and camper classification, this vehicle may not pass smog or emissions testing in all states or provinces. It is intended to be registered as a Class B camper. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring the vehicle complies with local registration or inspection requirements. 10. TAXES & IRS REPORTING ​ Rad Times Campers will issue a 1099-MISC form to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) declaring the vehicle’s fair market value of (TBD). The winner will be required to: ​ Fill out and return a W-9 form Report the prize as income on their 2025 federal tax return Pay all applicable federal, state, and local taxes Rad Times Campers will not pay or reimburse taxes on the winner’s behalf. 11. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK ​ By participating, all entrants acknowledge the risks associated with driving or operating a vintage vehicle. The winner agrees to: ​ Inspect the vehicle before each use Assume full responsibility for the safety of themselves and their passengers Understand that classic vehicles do not meet modern safety standards Rad Times Campers and its affiliates are not liable for: ​ Any accidents, injuries, or deaths related to the use of the vehicle Any mechanical failures due to age or wear Any repairs made by third-party mechanics or builders By entering, you release Rad Times Campers from all liability related to ownership or use of the prize vehicle. 12.
